Version 0.1.0 released!

Hello community!

I just 1 minute ago hit the release button and the game is now live. At the same time I submitted this piece of art (?) to the Holistic3d 2023 Game Jam. I still got an hour to go before the deadline, but I am really tired so I don't want to fix any single thing or add any another feature that probably would just break something  :)

This game jam was held by the great people from Holistic3d (Penny, Lee and others) whom I have been following from the very start. So, what was the jam about? Theme was this year "Classics reimagined". I think this was a great theme as it was very flexible and allowed a lot of creativity! Yet, me, not being a game designer still struggled at first to get started. :) I spend most of the first day to think about some old classics and games that I played when I was young. One of the most promising ideas was to make a Bubble Bobble with a twist. Would you have played it? Anyway, I didn't really figure out the reimagined / twist part for it so I discarded it.

Then after some thought I remembered a game called "Horace goes skiing" which was a game on ZX Spectrum. The game had a dude going into skiing and avoiding vehicles on the road on the first stage. Boom. Then I remembered Frogger, and Crossy Road. There was my game! And how to make it with a twist? Add a Rambo element into it! Guns and ammo! What could possibly go wrong....

So, I started on the Sunday, then full week of work and only couple of hours per evening, another weekend just jamming. Then another work week and noticing that there's so many things missing. Panic starts to crawl into me. Anxiety raises it's head. I need to spend some longer evenings / nights to compensate the lack of time. I needed to drop some of the nice to have features. Like a flamethrower.... (sad panda)
